Are you ready to bake egg-free?
Chances are, if you are allergic to eggs you would do anything for a nice hot cookie or brownie. But how do you bake without eggs? Try some of these egg substitutes.
- 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 T water, 1 T vinegar
- 1 tsp. yeast in 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 1/2 T. water, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 T oil
- 2 T. water and 1 pack of gelatin
- Potato starch found in health food stores
- 1 T. fruit, pureed
