<p>Chances are, if you are allergic to eggs you would do anything for a nice hot cookie or brownie.  But how do you bake without eggs?  Try some of these egg substitutes.</p>
<ul>
<li>1 tsp. baking powder, 1 T water, 1 T vinegar</li>
<li>1 tsp. yeast in 1/4 cup warm water</li>
<li>1 1/2 T. water, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 T oil</li>
<li>2 T. water and 1 pack of gelatin</li>
<li>Potato starch found in health food stores</li>
<li>1 T. fruit, pureed</li>
</ul>
<p>Do you want your baking goods crisp?  Add a teaspoon of arrowroot powder to your recipe.</p>
